You will need to add two Value entries of type REG_DWORD at:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESystemCurrentControlSetServicesNetBTParameters
RandomAdapter should be set to 1 and SingleResponse should be set to 1.
Setting either value to 0 disables this feature.
