When you open Services and Applications (right-click My Computer and press Manage), you receive:
No administrable services found.
When you install the server tools on Windows 2000 Professional, IIS is selected by default, but the IIS snap-in is not properly configured.
To fix the problem:
1. Control Panel / AddRemove Programs / AddRemove Windows Components.
2. Select Internet Information Services (IIS) and press Details.
3. Clear the Internet Information Services Snap-in box.
4. Press OK and complete the dialog.
